This renovation transforms a dated 2000s-era penthouse into a refined minimalist retreat. With a good foundation, the design focuses on clarity, contrast, and calmness. Our approach strips away visual clutter in favour of a curated material palette—layering soft, light tones with rich, dark accents to create depth and definition throughout the open-plan layout. Every detail has been considered to elevate functionality while maintaining a sense of ease and elegance.

A standout feature is the integration of playful, intelligent storage—most notably a concealed study nook that disappears behind joinery when not in use, balancing the demands of remote work with the desire for a serene, distraction-free environment. The spatial planning accentuates vertical volume while anchoring key zones with sculptural lighting and tactile finishes.
