Caulfield Renovation

This project involved obtaining a building permit for works to renovate an outdated unit in Caulfield. The objective was to transform the existing space into a functional living space for two young professionals with works including new flooring, a new kitchen, addition of a home office, more storage, new roller blinds and sheer curtains for an elevated aesthetic, a new European laundry and bathroom upgrades.

Interiors were selected by the client in conjunction with advice from Formery to allow for a cost-effective solution to renovate this small apartment. A light contemporary palette was selected featuring a concrete look stone, light coloured timber veneer and matching flooring for a seamless appearance throughout.

This renovation added significant value to the existing property, with affordable yet elevated finishes and careful spatial planning for a home to enjoy for years to come.
