I blinked. . . and then August happened.

I don’t know about you, but I’m feeling big ol’ case of 2022 fatigue. It’s been a time of growth and possibility, but it’s also been exhausting! Raise a hand if you’re drowning in a never ending to-do-list!

So let’s take a quick minute to pause and reflect.

When you’ve got a spare moment - i know, i know- but let’s carve one out. Grab a glass of water to rehydrate (cause i know you haven’t hit that target today, same girl same) and grab your journal and pen.

I’ve got a few prompts for you:

  • What have been your biggest wins or things you’re most proud of so far this year?

  • What do you wish you could have just let go of or worried less about?

  • What do you want to do more of?

  • How can you prioritise these things, and release the counter-productive bad habits that are holding you back?

  • What lights you up? (could be something, someone or somewhere)

Now, let’s formulate how you can put those priorities into action!
