I blinked. . . and then August happened.
I don’t know about you, but I’m feeling big ol’ case of 2022 fatigue. It’s been a time of growth and possibility, but it’s also been exhausting! Raise a hand if you’re drowning in a never ending to-do-list!
So let’s take a quick minute to pause and reflect.
When you’ve got a spare moment - i know, i know- but let’s carve one out. Grab a glass of water to rehydrate (cause i know you haven’t hit that target today, same girl same) and grab your journal and pen.
I’ve got a few prompts for you:
What have been your biggest wins or things you’re most proud of so far this year?
What do you wish you could have just let go of or worried less about?
What do you want to do more of?
How can you prioritise these things, and release the counter-productive bad habits that are holding you back?
What lights you up? (could be something, someone or somewhere)
Now, let’s formulate how you can put those priorities into action!
